How the club is organized
Five tiers, set out in Article III of our Constitution & Bylaws. Every active member belongs to exactly one of the two Boards: Investors & Analysts, or Research, Publishing & Networking.
Board of Directors
The Chairman of the Board and two Directors, one for each Board. Final internal authority, deciding two to one, subject to the Faculty Advisor.
Commissioners
One leads each Board — its members, its deadlines, and sign-off on its work before it goes out. Intended for juniors and seniors.
Partners
The Portfolio, Book-keeping, Publishing & Content, and Outreach & Records. At least two seats are held by freshmen or sophomores, by rule.
Associates
The leadership rank inside each Board — six on Investors & Analysts, four on Research, Publishing & Networking. Earned through work produced.
Analysts
The membership, and where every member begins. One member, one vote: every Analyst votes on every stock the club buys.
Terms run one academic year. Directors are chosen by interview, ending before the Moraga Education Foundation finance committee; Commissioners and Partners are appointed by the Directors. Every result is subject to final approval by the Faculty Advisor. Read Article III →
